This is the yummy looking cookies and cream cake I made for my son's birthday. It was a recipe printed in a supermarket catalogue of all things and looked really scrumptious. Problem was it had gelatine in it and I'd sworn off gelatine, having had no success in the past. Every time I used it the texture was always stringy and unappealing. However, ever the optomist, I decided to give it one last go and finally, SUCCESS!! It was pretty nice too.
